Of all of the amazing talent that has traveled to Japan to compete very few can match the tenacity, tenure and consistency of Stan Hansen. The face mold on this figure is very accurate and the cowboy hat has nice deco wrapping around it. The fringe on the vest and chaps is impressive and even has small separations in parts to make it look more life-like. Add the bull rope with cowbell (possibly my favorite CharaPro accessory) and this figure should be in the collection of any Hansen fan.

One of my favorite CharaPro figures is the Osaka Pro Wrestling movie tie-in character, Kabuto-O Beetle (aka King of Beetle). From the detailed cut of the mask horn to the grooves on the mask everything looks amazing in person with the rest of his gear being just as toyetic & colorfully detailed. There is also a fun variant with anime eyes.

Jushin Thunder Liger Inspire mask keychain

Though I am not much of a collector of Inspire keychains, when I came across this Liger in my searches I had to pick it up. The black and silver Liger mask and gear will always remind me of the very underrated J-Cup 2000 which saw Liger clash with another personal favorite, CIMA, in the finals and has always been a favorite of mine. The keychain itself is large with nice detail in the eye mesh. While I could never see myself using one of these bulky masks as a keychain, and they are difficult to display nicely in package, I will definitely pick others in the series up if I find them.

Additional Details

As I have got the feel a bit for this platform, I thought it might be helpful to add some additional information to my posts. The first of these details will be "Known Variants" which will list any variants of the figure that I am aware of. I by no means know everything about any of the lines I will be covering as I am learning more about them constantly, so if I miss a variant feel free to educate me.

Onita became somewhat of a grail figure to me over the past year. While I would find them for sale somewhat often on card, I definitely wanted to hold out for a loose figure in great condition  because I wanted the back of his jacket to be viewable. I also didn't want to pay carded price for a figure I knew I would open and display. Everything from the colorful deco (that perfectly recreates Onita's trademark leather jacket & jeans) to the bandage & cigarette hanging from his mouth make this one of my favorite entrance figures.  

Dory Funk Jr.

One of the rarest of the CharaPro releases with this being the only version of Dory Funk Jr. that was released late in the line. It is also highly fragile, as it is not your regular figure but more of a resin statue. Even in its bubble on card, they can sometimes unfortunately suffer from cracked shoulders and fingers. Sadly, I saw one that arrived from Japan with a shoulder injury. Sorry but only one front view photograph of this as it is definitely remaining on card.
